My 4 yr old has speech delay and is doing well in speech therapy but is having trouble with letters such as she call a u an "n" and cant seem to tell the difference from a b and a p. It is like she is seeing them backwards or not?

Just for those who have children with Dyslexia, I highly recommend going to www.dyslexia.com and buying their basic kit and going from there. Buying The Reading Lesson products as well. I have purchased the Reading Lesson book and will buy the CD among some of their other products. The Dyslexia website is the Davis Method that a man developed as he himself suffered from Dyslexia. Great program and, they have facilitators all over the US that you can contact to help with your child. This had made a huge difference for my son who is 12 1/2 who was diagnosed with Severe Dyslexia at 11 yrs. and the person who diagnosed him used the Davis Method among other products on the Web and he is finally able to write and can read simple words. I also believe in Natural intervention so he gets natural supplements that have helped as well. All these things are key to helping. The Dyslexia site sells a video that shows you how the Dyslexics thing and what they see. It is a real eye opener and helps us to understand what and how they percieve things. There books are a must too.
