I am a teacher and I bought the program to teach my six year old son to read. So far, I have found the program to be amazing. My son showed little interest in learning to read and I figured it was due to a lack of confidence. We have completed up to lesson five and I have noticed a huge change. He is actually reading. At some point, your child will just know what to do so stick with the program.

You could help him by making word and picture charts and pasting them on bis bed head.

My 71/2 year old cannot read either. I am wondering if it is because i did not try teaching him at home. I left it all for the school.

Hi
I love the program. We have made flashcards for all the key words in the first five chapters. Our 4 year old doesn't know all the key words yet. Should we proceed to the next chapter or wait until he knows all the key words before proceeding to the next chapter? Thanks
